I had purchased a mattress a year ago from another store only to find that when I returned to buy it in a King they no longer carried Dreamstar.I sourced out stores that carried this brand and found Sleep Guide.Carlos went above and beyond researching the new name of the particular mattress I wanted as well as going to the factory and bringing a mattress to his store for me to try out.It was available within a week and the only reason I got it later was my schedule.People,all mattress stores are NOT equal!! I found Sleep Guide Mattress store by accident as I was driving on Queen-Britannia, decided to stop to check their beds and glad I did. Carlos was very informative and helpful and offered choices and options for a custom look. I ended up going back with my daughter and made my choice with both their help, Carlos was helpful and the process was quick, the item was ordered and delivered within a week much sooner than it was scheduled for which was great. Carlos was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend a visit to this store.

When a mattress I'd selected from his shop turned out to be too firm, he thoughtfully suggested I meet him at the Dreamstar showroom so I could look at a wide range of options. Once I'd made my decision, he ordered the new mattress immediately, delivering it and taking away the other one within two days, and he gave me an excellent price despite the extra work he ended up putting in on the sale. His focus on ensuring that the customer is satisfied is refreshing. I would recommend Sleep Guide without reservations.

Carlos was excellent in delivering a product that was well identifed on his web site. I actually bought the headboard sight unseen! Carlos made the delivery and set up the headboard and even took away the cardboard. The item was ordered one day and delivered two days later. How is that for speedy service...I was very impressed with Carlo's business style and he was a pleasure to deal with. We are very happy with the double padded beige headboard.
