When the technician's appointment was eventually finalized (after delays in October, and then in December ~ we were not available from mid-Oct to end of Nov), he showed up when the phone call indicated he would show up. He was very polite, and as far as we could tell, got the job done quickly and expertly. This rating is for ARS Services in particular, and not the constant delays and misdirected emails that were made by TASCO and LG HOME APPLIANCES in getting the appointment established. We would recommend ARS Services, but we would NOT recommend TASCO or LG HOME APPLIANCES (for servicing). The product is fantastic, but when it comes to setting up a repair of the appliance (thank goodness we chose the extended warranty, otherwise the cost would have been approx $600), it was a nightmare.
