In July, our AC/Furnace blower motor failed. Alex promised a same-day fix. He came over thrice, each time without any tools or diagnostic equipment. He identified the obvious, the broken motor, but the delivered one was not compatible with the board. Unfortunately, my (or his?) mistake was not testing it properly. In an attempt to address the incompatibility, Alex guessed issues like thermostat, clogged air ducts, the board, and suggested an entire furnace upgrade. The new motor, he advised selling on eBay. Our association ended there.

Communicating with Alex is easy until he cashes in. Despite multiple requests for receipts, he always had excuses to provide.

For those seeking installations, beware it's not just about installation. Over time, adjustments, support, and maintenance are essential.

I would like to thank Alex at AMS heating and air conditioning for the highest level of customer experience I have ever seen. As we all know the summer weather is about to hit us and I knew from last summer I would need a new system installed. I was tired calling other companies and them charging me money on a temporary fix on that unit. Thank you to a friend of mine who highly recommended AMS heating and air conditioning and to Alex for his excellent and friendly customer service. Alex puts his customers needs first he answers all your questions and works within your budget and ensured I got a good quality new unit that was suitable for my home that will last me a lifetime. Within a few days Alex had my home up and ready to go for the summer. Alex always answers your calls and when he cant he always makes sure to get back to you the same day. Alex is not one of those technicians that you call from a company that have the companys interest at heart he had my interest at heart not to mention he is always on time and respects your time. Thank you Alex and please be on the look out for my calls to service my furnace and air conditioner from now on. If you have not used or tired out AMS heating and air conditioning please do and I promise you its an experience you wont forget.

I Have been using AMS Air for a few years now. My furnace broke down on a Sunday Alex came out and was able to get me and my family heat. Since my furnace was older I opted to get pricing for a new system. The prices were great for the value I received I am thrilled with my new furnace every technician I have had from AMS are amazing. I will continue to use AMS and continue to refer them.

They where very pactual and fair with the relocation of my AC unit. My old unit was 15 years old and every other contractor I had here told me to replace the unit but Alex said no need that I can get at least 2-3 years out of it

Worst experience ever!!! I have dealt with Alex. The owner. He falsely stated to me about furnace's computer problem and about the fact that my furnace is out of warranty. After he left I checked myself warranty online and unit still under another 8 years of warranty. Alex refused to return me a payment for his diagnostics

I have been dealing with AMS air for years. The owner of the company Alex is very honest and reliable. My furnace broke down and I chose to replace. My AC was the same age and asked Alex if I should replace also he offered a no charge complete AC check and told me I could get a few more years out of it. I chose to have it replaced at the same time for piece of mind. He gave me great deal doing both. I'm very happy with service and installation will refer to family and friends.

Our very old air conditioner broke down about a month ago. My husband called AMS Air and the owner came out to fix it. He seemed legitimate and spent quite a bit of time fixing it. It seemed to be working so paid him the $700. A short time after he left we realized it was not working. We tried many times to make arrangements for him to come back and fix it. There seemed to be an excuse each time. The first one was that one of his employees was hit by a drunk a driver in his van. He was unable to get his equipment. The second time he said that he was on his way to our place but his transmission broke down and sent his pictures of the auto body place he was at. It seemed ok as he was in constant communication with us. We eventually asked for our money back and have not been able to get in touch since. Please do not work with these people. They are not to be trusted. We have lost the $700 and had to go buy a portable air conditioner for another $600 to get us through the summer.
