The monthly subscription of $23 for furnace repair service provides peace of mind just in case. I like the option that they provide once a year furnace cleaning after a full year subscription once paid in full.

I feel as though they are untruthful. The service guy told me that there were several parts that needed to be replaced and that our furnace was leaking carbon monoxide into our home. They convinced us a new furnace was the only option. Thanks to a second opinion we found out that they just wanted to sell a new furnace and that much of what we were told was not true. Thankfully, we were only stuck with a bill for $137 for the service call.

I was very happy with the service provided by Action Furnace. It was very cold out and they arrived within an hour of my call. The sales/service person was very helpful and was able to pinpoint the problem and explain what was needed as well as provide options for repair/replacement.

Very professional office staff booked my appointment, Brent showed up to do furnace cleaning and humidifier replacement, he worked very well with me explaining what he recommended and why. Company did a follow up to make sure I was happy, which I am!

The company replaced the low and high pressure valves. The work was completed according to agreement and a/c now works fine. The company works very closely to what is stated on the work order and any other work, however minor, may result in an additional charge. They can be a bit pricy.

When the company who installed our high efficiency furnace less than six years went out of business, I called Action Furnace because the furnace stopped working at the beginning of last winter. They did their best not only to get it up and running but to lobby the furnace manufacturer to give us some sort of warranty. I still ended up paying out of pocket, because the other company was no where to be found and the manufacturers refused to stand behind their product. However, Action was very fair with their pricing and stuck to their original quote even though the manufacturer now only sells the parts we required as part of a kit that was much more expensive than what the parts would've been. I now have a membership to their "comfort club" and will be a loyal customer.
