would give it a zero if I could. We purchased a bedroom set. As soon as we got it delivered and we assembled it, we discovered that the headboard was defective and was moving front and back to the point where it could actually break off. We called immediately, took a video and reported the issue. We had to call at least 5 times until they sent someone to look at it. Two people showed up without masks or even a toolbox. They told us this is the way it is and best to put something in the back of the bed to support it. I think Ikea has better quality furniture for 1/4 of the price we paid. Save your money and spend it elsewhere where you would get better quality and definitely better customer service

Horrible Horrible Experience.
Overall it was hell of a experience dealing with this company.
I paid advance of $500 and they promise me they will deliver the bedroom set in two weeks time, It took them 3 months to deliver the furniture.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DEPOSIT.

3 months after receiving the bed, one of the railing which holds the mattress box broke.
I put a warranty claim and its been more than 6 months Ritz has not address my complain now the other side raining has come apart.
In short i paid $4000 to buy a crap quality Apparently Ashley furniture.
My Ikea Bed is a lot sturdier than their Ritz best furniture.

THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT WARRANTY.

There is an employee who works at ritz furniture name is Karan. He provides an excellent customer service and also offers great deals. He understands what we are looking for and also help through out.

I was looking for a bed set for my daughter . She’s a pretty picky child. I tried at several stores across Mississauga & Brampton but couldn’t find any good product at a reasonable price. Finally thought of trying the same store that I dealt 8 years ago. I met Mr. Prince there , a well behaved gentleman with great product knowledge, customer service & selling skills. Although he wasn’t able to find something for us on the floor but he took his time with lot of patience to find a right & branded product online for my kid until we heard “Wow “ from her. Later on he gave us the best price as well .
Story was almost same 8 years ago when I bought another product from Ritz . So basically I feel that instead of wasting time here & there ,Ritz is the place to go for all your furniture needs . These Guys are in business for long due to customer relationship that can only be created with honesty & truth.
I always recommend Ritz furniture Planet to all my family & Friends.

Very good customer service. Yasir was very friendly and professional and helped me out a lot at RITZ, i purchased a sofa set. I will be coming back soon for some more furniture due to my positive experience and excellent customer service he had.

The absolute worst place to shop!! Salesman, Charanjit, sold product with the wrong pricing from advertisement and after trying numerous times to fight to get it corrected NO one wants to help you! Paid delivery guys are horrible - no manners and damaged home! Again, they treat you terribly when trying to complain afterwards! Wrong and damaged furniture delivered and unless you’re willing to go and get your stuff yourself, these ppl don’t care to assist you after they have your money! They do NOT NOT care about your business and will rip you off without question! They are false advertising period!! Do not waste your time and hard earned money shop elsewhere please! See below how they deliver damaged product!

They did not delivery what they showed in the catalog at the time of placing the order. Even after three months has past, they have a new excuse / date every time you call or visit them.

Very bad experience,I did a purchase over 2 weeks ago a bed and night tables , I arrange tohave a day off and wait for the bed and night tables that we purchased, I had to call in order for me to know , if they were going to do the delivery on the day that we agreed, because they didn’t call me to confirm the delivery. Again I have to call them to find out, that I have a back order and incomplete set that I only found out , when they were doing the delivery , now they want me to go and pick up the rest, is a waste of time , and money I do not recommend this store , pls don’t waste your time ,

We bought furniture for our new house from Ritz. We are fully satisfied with our purchases and very thankful to Prince who is very knowledgeable and give valuable suggestions. He is very friendly, honest, patient and informative. Their prices are very reasonable and they beat all the prices as well. I would definitely recommend Ritz furniture to friends and family.

Purchased drawing room set. All 4 pieces were defective. Sent email with pictures. And ritz agreed to come next day for repair. Over one week and no body showed. Very bad service. Donot recommend toany one.
