I really appreciated Jamie's professional approach. He called in advance in to let me know when he'd arrive. After arriving he checked out what i needed done (kitchen sink was previously not up to code, downstairs shower faucet needed replacement and en suite bath tub handle needed repairing) gave me a competitive quote and had all of them fixed in no time at all. I will use him again whenever i need work and will gladly refer him to friends and family.

Jamie was on time and very professional. He fixed the issue with my shower, but also took the time to go through the rest of the plumbing in my new home, identified a couple of other issues which he also fixed, and showed me how to use the shutoff valve. Great experience, would 100% recommend.

The contractor was on time for the initial estimate, completed a thorough investigation of the problem and made recommendations.

A quote was provided the next day as promised within the price range we had discussed the night before.

Contractor arrived on time for schedule work, completed work on time and on budget. Recommended cleaning of drain pipe below the point of replacement and provided this service at minimum cost given that he was already on-site.

The contractor was careful to not soil or damage any of the house and the workspace and surrounded area was cleaned and returned to its initial state of cleanliness.

The project was not a major plumbing project but was completed in a professional and thorough manner. We will use this plumbing contractor again.

Fantastic service. I called on a Friday evening and Jamie came over right away to assess the situation. It wasn't an emergency so he came back a few days later to do the repair. He was very thorough and caught another problem that would've caused me problems down the line. He handled both repairs that day and the work was great.

We recently bought a home in the Ottawa region that required various plumbing work to be completed, everything from washer/dryer install, to removal of a water filter, to fixing leaky faucets to the installation of several new toilets.

Excellent service. Jamie was at the house within an hour - on a Thursday night. I stressed that it wasn't an emergency (water tank leak) and fully expected that at best I might see someone the following day or early the following week. Instead, he showed up to assess the situation, provided a quote for the repair and the work was completed within 24 hours. Price was more than fair, service was prompt and polite. Highly recommended.
