Saw the ad in a flyer and called as the prices were competitive. Appointment was scheduled and installation was fast and easy and technicians were helpful and friendly. Company responded to all queries in a timely manner. Overall satisfied.

1 yr after installation, called Eco energy for support 3 times without any response. First was in th beginning of winter when the furnace stopped. I had to get a third party to resolve. Not impressed

The ac and furnace work beautifully. They are everything we could expect. The service men worked efficiently to install both. We are happy with the service and product. Thank you.

I am happy with the product however the installation of the pipes outside the house is not done very well. they actually look really ugly with huge white pipes sticking out

Decent customer service and quick install of carbon filter for my home. Was told the smell that occurs now and then with the main water would go away after installation of the carbon filter, but I haven't noticed a real difference there. But the drinking water seems a bit better.

the tecs. were quick and clean . they cleaned up after themselves
and desposed of the old furnace .were done in about one hour and half
the furnace is a little noise compared to our old one

The removal of existing oil furnace and air conditioning units and replaced with new gas furnace and air conditioning unit.

The initial installation was a huge cobbled mess. Exhaust pipe running through the middle of the room at eye level. No air intake pipe. Not all pipes were sealed. Could not remove filter, up against wall. Took about a month for deferent tecnitions to come back & take everything back out & reinstall properly. pipes are where they should be, in the ceiling. Can remove filter. Now we are satisfied.

We had the furnace put in by the technician and he did a very thorough job. He was friendly and explained to my husband as he was doing the job, what he was doing and so far we have not had any problems with the furnace and is working very well. We would recommend it to others.

so far was a professional work and i do not have any more comments to add, the installation was on the time that was expected. the price was average not too expensive.

The installation of the equipment was done very professionally and competently. The installers were friendly, tidy and efficient. We had installations in 3 properties and were very satisfied with the installers. They were on time and worked quickly and confidently. We are very satisfied with their work.
