Service was timely, service person was thorough ad did excellent job. Everything was explained went over details. Checked furnace than checked thermostat. Thermostat was changed and tested. Testes furnace and thermostat all good.

i received prompt polite service from Tom the gas technician. I ws back to having hot water 30 minutes after he arrived. Spent a minute or discussing my antiquated furnace and he then answered some of my curiosity about a new one, the brands his company sells and their approximate cost. Yep, today I am a happy customer!

For the second year Bob cleaned and serviced the gas fireplaces, put a filter in the humidifier he installed new last year, put a thermostat on the one fireplace, and set us up on a maintenance plan for the fireplaces and furnace. Plan avoids price increases.

Furnace began making a very loud noise Sunday morning at 7 AM. I looked up reviews on Google, settled on your company and called. Within 40 minutes I had a technician at the door. He clearly pointed out that my motor was shot and I needed a new one. Answered all my questions and swiftly replaced the part. By 9:30 I had heat again.

Very prompt service, an experienced and competent worker who diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to provide replacement parts right away. Good at explaining the problem and suggested regular maintenance for the furnace.
