I suffered with this company to repair my furnace, because they said that they need to order a part which will take a while or I have to buy a new furnace from them, and after waiting 5 days with no heating in my house!!! (outside was -22 degree)!!!, they said that they need more time to re-order the part(to force me to buy a new furnace)!!! .. finally another company come to my house and repair the furnace in 30 minutes!
