I had Saco construction come down and install framing for a basement bathroom we are installing. Karl was able to remove carpet and drywall and put up the full framing within just a few hours. The project completed quickly and looks great. I would use this company again should I have similar needs.

Working with Karol from Saco is a dream. He is extremely knowledgable, precise, skilled and a great all around human. Other trades persons comment on the quality of the framing work - always a good indication of a job well done. Karol asks intelligent questions and guides us when we need direction regarding issues that arise, as they do when you undergo major renovations. It's our third project with Saco and will not be our last - we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Back to studs Reno, Framed fireplace, bulkheads, 2x2 on exterior walls to make 2x6 for extra insulation, full basement frame including delta floor, 5/8 T & G plywood mechanically fastened, tyvek on walls then framed. Very clean, simple to work with and exceptional end result. This is our second project with Saco Construction and I would highly recommend.

We found Karol on HomeStars and called him because of his reviews. He assessed our project and gave us the right guidance to get things done. He recommended a great engineer to do the drawings and even helped identify a potential problem that our home inspector didnt highlight basement support posts that were moved too far, and with no footing. He quickly resolved that problem and located the original footing and installed a post in its original location. Hes an expert.
He was modest, polite, easy going and was never arrogant about knowing more than my wife or me. I 100% recommend hiring Karol for your project. At least call him for an assessment. Hes clean, fast and considerate of the people in the home. You wont be disappointed. I dont have photos, but he posted the Jon on his IG account. (He included my beautiful dog in one of the pics)

Karol did the framing and dricore subfloor for our basement renovation. We will be hiring him again for dryall and flooring when it's time. Really great quality work, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Super friendly. Took time to explain his work. Would highly recommend.

I had Karol in to stabilize our main beam, he requested confirmation of the engineer recommendations which shows that he is committed to doing it right. He was very kind, friendly and informative when asked questions. Karol left the site very clean and made sure we were satisfied with the work. We would recommend Saco to anyone who could use their services.

Karol is very good at his work, the basement framing turned out perfect with excellent attention to detail. I would certainly use Karols services for all future projects
