I interviewed four different companies and Avanti stood out from all the rest. They addressed all our concerns and were able to add features that the other contractors were not able, or willing, to do. The communication was great. The result is better than we expected. We love our new deck!

This company helped me with a instead of compasses stairs from my backyard and a brand new patio and garden bed. Adban and his team were instrumental in planning and executing this project we are super happy with the end result. Great job Avanti keep up the good work!

For several years, we have wanted to upgrade the front landscaping of our century home. The lawn was full of weeds, the shrubs were overgrown, and the flowers had difficulty growing in the hard clay soil. Our front porch was also showing its age. Some of the boards had rotted out, and the wooden steps were uneven and becoming dangerous.
So, this year we decided to get quotes from various landscape firms. Unfortunately, some did not return our calls, and others indicated that August or September might work, at the earliest. Frustrated, we reached out to Avanti Landscaping. Within several days, their landscape design team was at our door efficiently taking measurements, listening to what we wanted, and providing innovative ideas for the new porch and front yard makeover. A quote quickly followed, along with a date that the work would begin (early June!).
Locates for the job were completed within hours of receiving our agreement and deposit, and the construction team arrived within a week. The team helped us salvage some of our precious garden plants and then set to work removing the garden and front porch. A large dumpster arrived the next day to store debris. By Day 2, the front yard was ready for new sidewalk forms, and concrete was poured on Day 3. Work then started on the front porch. By Day 5, the forms had been removed, the installation process for four large flower boxes had begun, and the front lawn had been replaced with brand new sod. Finally, on Day 6, the yard was ready for planting, and the front porch and steps were finished. We were very impressed with how quickly, efficiently, and hard the team worked. Our neighbours commented that they never seemed to stop.
In summary, our big project took only 6 days to complete, and our new front yard, porch and steps look great. Neighbours have been impressed with the new look, and many have asked us who did the work. We have already recommended Avanti Landscaping and Construction to our friends and neighbours. The Avanti team is very skilled and clearly take tremendous pride in their work. We have been very impressed and rate them a 10 out of 10!

We just completed a project with Avanti to renovate our side yard and if you're considering a project with this company, do not hesitate. They completely exceeded our expectations across the board. Eduard was fabulous to work with - very professional, responsive and was also patient and accommodating to our shifting plans. Dimitri and the entire team who actually worked on the project were also great to work with - again so professional, polite, hardworking with great attention to detail. Finally, I was also impressed with the project being completed on time!

We will definitely work with Avanti again for any future projects and recommend to others.

They left our walkway and driveway very dirty to the point that our contractor complained to us about extra time required to clean their feet on the way in and out. Our contractor asked the owner to send people back to clean up their mess, our contractor told us that they agreed to come clean it up, but Avanti never did. I also informed Denys, our contact person, in a text message that this was an issue. He ignored my text message. When I brought this to his attention, he tried to blame our contractor and us for not notifying the "right" person (the project manager, Luis). He said Avanti is not responsible for the actions of their workers because he "cannot control people". Nowhere in the written agreement was it specified that the client was responsible for cleanup, so no arrangements were made in advance. They also ignored our concerns about patches of sod that were dead on arrival, started dying within 3 days of installation. They did not come back to replace it for nearly a month. This is not the service that we expected for thirty thousand dollars for a new lawn.

We are so pleased with the entire project , from soup to nuts. Peter came to see the job and proceeded to uncover some of the stone to understand what the foundation condition was - no one else did anymore than look a few minutes at the surface. He gave us a detailed quote 2 days later. He committed that the job would be done within the next month and that, weather permitting, the crew would be on-site continually from start to finish and complete the job within 5 days. They did it in 4 days. The crew was great - they did a thorough, quality job, and kept the site clean throughout and when finished, put everything back in place and thoroughly cleaned the area.
The project cost was very competitive and reasonable for the size of the job.
We are so pleased with the process and the beautiful outcome.

We had Avanti at our house today doing our garden. I have to say that the crew Zac, Dave and Alejandro were amazing. Always asking what I thought and so polite. I should not forget Julianna who was pivotal in getting us the estimate for the job. A company that puts no pressure on you and you do as much or as little of the job as you please. I would highly recommend them. Plus I am sure we will have more work next spring! Thanks for making it so easy!!
