Needed my front yard garden section and side yard garden section re-done.

The company was fast with getting the job done and did a very good job on the renovations.

Very happy with the result; especially at the price point which was roughly 10% lower than other bids.

Avanti has come back twice now to correct the issues and I am very happy with the results.

I would say that communication does need to be improved as on both occasion with the after issues someone just showed up without me knowing they were coming.

I would recommend this company for landscaping work as they do a really good job.

Was looking to pave a portion of my backyard, turning an unused area into a storage place. Adnan, the Sales Rep came on time was very polite and professional and provided me with a quick and comprehensive offer for the work. He provided a great solution to remove the stairs temporarily and we were able to schedule the work quickly for the next week.
The day before the planned start, Avanti delivered all the materials and machines so they can start first thing in the morning.
Max and his partner came on time, as promised, laid protective planks on the lawn to avoid damage, and helped clear the area. They worked very efficiently - so much so that with their extra effort they were able to complete the job that same day.
I will highly recommend them as professional, polite, efficient and reasonably priced.

They built 5 ft x70 ft Retaining wall using concrete blocks. Backfilled the excavation with gravelstones and some kind of cloth every two ft. Put three Drain pipe outlets and at the bottom New metal fence and Finally New sod.

Avanti landscaping and Construction was highly recommended by two neighbours on our street. I inspected the work they had done and contacted the company. They responded promptly and their salesperson Peter was knowledable and accomodating. The work was done properly and as always there are changes which were delt with quickly and fairly.
We were introducted to the project manager and team who respected the neighbours by containing materials and not blocking vehicles. The work was completed in a timely manner and to both parties satisfaction.
Our driveway and arbour are solid and look terrific.

I had a fantastic experience with Avanti Landscaping. Deniz, Luis & Chan were professional, super responsive, and very helpful is taking on a sizeable, three-stage, front retaining wall at my house and the installation of artificial turf in the backyard. The process was shockingly fast and the team was really quick to solve any concerns that I had - there were a couple of small items that I reached out for them to fix after the main project was over and they were quick to respond and solve the issue. Highly recommend.

Avanti is a wonderful company to work with. Ive employed them for two backyard jobs. Their landscaping experience is top notch and their insight and advice outstanding. The company exudes professionalism. The onsite workers are courteous, proficient, highly skilled and are a pleasure to deal with.

Simply put, Amazing to work with from start to finish despite difficulties with the weather. They took the time we wanted up front to design and then the product reflected that. They also make you feel like family and the staff is top notch. Peter and his crew are amazing!

Eduard recently returned (or purchased anew) a good number of the pavers that were used for my driveway project. So I now feel more protected should I need to replace damaged pavers in the future. My only issue now is that he didn't let me know when he would be coming and the pavers were left in front of the house instead of in the garage as I would have liked. They are too heavy for me to move myself.

Nevertheless, I have upgraded my rating of the company because they did indeed do a beautiful job on my driveway.

Eduard completed a large driveway renovation for me as well as other hardscape projects on my property. Overall, the job was well done and looks good. My issue is with his over-charges and refusal to return materials that I had paid for.
I hired Avanti on the basis of their good reviews and competitive quote. When the job was done and the final payment due, Eduard added about $4000 to the price, saying that he had to order more palettes of pavers than he expected to, even though I had made no changes to the product or to the design. We compromised on a reduced amount, but it was still more than I had contracted to pay.
Because of the extra palettes, there were large piles of leftover pavers, all of which were removed by Eduard. One of the main reasons that I changed my driveway from asphalt to pavers is so that I could replace damaged areas in the future, should they occur, which cannot be done with asphalt. So I asked Eduard to return a few of the pavers in case they were needed in the future. This is not an unreasonable request - especially since I had paid extra for them.
It has been over three months since the job was completed, and I have reminded Eduard about this several times. At first he responded to me that he would look for them, (???) but then he stopped responding at all, essentially ghosting me!
These are beautiful pavers and there are easily enough of them for Eduard to use for another small project. This is what I suspect has happened. Otherwise, it makes no sense at all for him not to have returned just a few of them to me. Unfortunately, this episode has soured my opinion of the whole job.
If Eduard actually returns my property to me, I will be happy to revise this review.
