Plumbing

Please don't use this plumbing company, Marcus came to the house to look at the plumbing issue we had. He assured us it was an easy fix. Took our money for the part we needed and we never heard from him again. We called, left messages, and texted but he never responded. It has been 6 months and no response. I have spoken to others who have used him and it's the same story.

Backwater valve, drain issues, two laundry redesigns

Marcus and his team are amazing! Marcus is professional, kind, and fair. And he has really polite and clean workers too. Marcus came recommended by our contractor, and we're so glad we found him! Some of the big companies will charge you an arm and a leg, and do shoddy work. But Marcus is the small business working hard to please. And boy are we pleased! (1) First job was a backwater valve ($2000, less city rebate of $1250, which is at the low-end of what folks charge). Did an amazing job. (2) While doing the backwater valve on our century-old house, the team saw that another drainage pipe--ceramic--was shattered. That was a huge job (concrete, digging, hauling off dirt and waste, laying new pipe, patching up like new. $720. (3) We needed to add a new laundry upstairs, which meant tapping into the shower's plumbing. Marcus did an amazing job for a couple hundred bucks. (4) In the basement, we needed the old laundry pipes shifted 3 feet. It was quite challenging work that took half a day, but Marcus did it beautifully and expertly, for just $250. On top of it all, Marcus is friendly and generous, clean and caring.
