Nick has done several large renovations for me including demolitions over the past few years. Nick has always been reliable, knowledgeable, courteous and his pricing is very reasonable.

I’ve hired many trades people over the years and most of them are unreliable. They have either shown up late or rescheduled the day of the appointment. Once the invoice has been paid and a problem has arisen, it’s been next to impossible to have then return to do any corrections.

I highly recommend Nick for any handyman or renovation services. Nick will give you an honest quote and he always stands by his work.

Nick was always on time. The work was more time consuming than original estimate, but he didnt complain and stuck to his word. He also kept trying to save us money, which we appreciate, by reusing everything he could. We would be happy to work with Nick again.

We updated our office with new flooring, some repairs and painting. The work was done well and in a timely manner. I will use them again for our other location.

Replaced sink and counter. A day later it stung a leak while I was away and flooded the bathroom and walk-in closet. They came back quickly and pulled up all the damage flooring and walls. They dried it out with fans and made sure it was all dry. Then installed the flooring again and made sure that there was no moisture left in the walls or the insulation or the flooring. No problems since then. Very pleasant to deal with and accommodating. The problem of the leak was not their fault but a faulty gasket.

Nick is wonderful! The quality of his work is excellent, his communication is great, and prices are very fair. He has helped us with all kinds of jobs - bigger renovation projects to smaller scale jobs - and we are always very happy with the result!!
