Chris removed the existing furnace during renovations and would not install the new one until the drywall taping was complete. The weather was freezing and the taping was difficult to complete.
He told us he would purchase a new programmable thermostat which would take 2/3 weeks for delivery. These are available off the shelf at the depot or amazon 2 day delivery!
We have never seen him again!

Chris installed a multi-head ductless AC in my condo 2.5 years ago. There were problems with the pump at the outset and it took months for him to fix it, rendering it useless the first year. Took a few tries (he didn't know how to fix it and eventually figured it out). It took literally months of calling and texts to get him to respond and fix it about a year after installation.

He ran the lines through my closet and there's a connection point that has leaked since installation and he, again, doesn't know how to fix it. We were pretty sure that it could be sealed if worked on when dry. I've been trying to reach him all winter - again, texting and calling regularly with no response.

I should not have to keep my clothes draped in towels to use my AC. He hasn't called me back in almost a year.

I was connected to him by a friend. Chris worked with a reputable design/build company. He is not responsive or clear. I have been very disappointed with this experience and results. I do not recommend working with Chris.
