The address for this company is incorrect on their web site. Max appliance took details of my problem on the phone. Woman on phone was impatient. I offered to send photo of the broken heating element on the stove and make, model. I did this but the technician did not see it so this didn't reduce service call time. The office told me I would pay a flat rate 99$ service call but this would be deducted from final labor cost. The labour cost seemed way too high so this did not seem to help reduce cost. The element took 20 minutes to install and check I paid $150.00 total for the part before he came to install it. Tax was applied but was higher than 13%. Oleg was very courteous. He was capable and checked the self clean option for me, which was not working before.
