Job was not started when the quote was given and agreed to. Employees generally never showed up when they made prior arrangements with us to do so. Changed their dates numerous times, as well as times… simply by giving us short notice by text or not showing up at all. How disrespectful of them! Took them 2 months to complete the job when it was just a 2 day project. We ran into very cold weather due to their continual delays, whereupon they charged us an extra for hording which Increased the price of the project substantially. Very unprofessional to charge us extra when they caused the delays. Communication between employer and employees was very poor, to the point they didn't know the finer details of quote. Very dissatisfied with the service and the lack of communication. Would not recommend to anyone one looking for brick/stone work.
