I was one of the people on Toronto Island who received really good service from AireServ. Ashley the scheduler was wonderful. Responded to every request I made, and Idris and Vijay who came to service the furnace were professional and very pleasant to deal with. Vijay went the extra mile to ensure that the unit was thoroughly cleaned, and the price was very fair.

I contacted Aire Serv with a request that they service 9 homes on the Toronto Islands. We find it extremely difficult to get service companies to come here, as the ferry cost is high for a vehicle (but homeowners share the cost) and the time involved is often thought to be too much trouble. But Idris and his serviceperson came out to us (after a cancellation of the first appointments as the serviceperson did not come to work on the Monday morning) and did an excellent job here at all 9 homes over two days. Their scheduler, Ashley, did a quick and professional job rescheduing and reorganizing everyone while making sure their needs were met, and I have heard from many that they were very pleased with the work done.
It will be extremely helpful to homeowners here to have a relationship with one company that is professional, organized, and willing to spend the time to do the job right - all of which were accomplished by Idris and his team. Thanks everyone!
