Hamed treated me like a brother rather than a customer when he took over my project. I hired him to do the drawing for the project, submit project work to the city for the permit and complete the project. He worked diligently on each task; informing me each step of the way; set out the expectation and timeline for the work, hired people with good reputation and completed the entire project in 6 months. He compared multiple contractors and received quotations, did his research and consulted with me for selecting the right contractor. He also negotiated with them for fair pricing. With every project, there are delays and issue which are unavoidable but Hamed took care of everything in prompt manner. He also worked with the city building inspector, plumbing inspector and electrical inspector to make sure the construction was done according to the code. I am very happy with his service. The timing of the project was not ideal as the construction/material cost was super high in 2022 but I had to get it done. The entire project (application fee + drawing fee + permit + survey + city fee + construction + all material cost + interior decoration & features + new furnace, new AC) cost around 230k including tax. For each phase I paid separately to Hamed. At the end, I transformed my 3 bed, 2 bath home in to 4 bed , 4 bath and a deck at the back. Thanks Hamed for your hard work and your assistance!

Hamed is very prompt when we reach out to him initially he came to the house and spoke about his services. He's an engineer by trade and he was able to take measurements to make and design drawings for the extension we wanted. He was in charge of the whole project beginning to end. When drawings were submitted we quickly got approval from the city and permits were issued. Construction started the next day which him and his team came in got everything going. There were different trades people he was in charge of looking after the project and change in team but overall Hamed stuck through it and saw the project to end. He eagerness and willingness to get the job done stood out which is what you need in construction. It took about 2 months to complete the construction after the permit approval. We love the extension and use it everyday as an additional family room. We are very happy and highly recommend!

Very satisfied with the basement legal finish project that H & H homepro Inc. did for us. Hamed who is the general contractor was very helpful and coordinated sub contractors and designers very well. Hamed helped us with payment schedule and communicated with inspector professionally. Id definitely refer H & H homepro to my friends

Hamed is the best contractor I've worked with. He is honest and make sure to explain what needs to be done. He will never put pressure regarding payment . He will make sure that the job is done well in less time. Everyone is impressed with my powder room and my basement. I highly recommend H&H Homepro
