Woke up one morning to find my 13 year old tankless water heater was down. Contacted True Climate HVAC and were able to have the unit replaced the very next day.

While there, I mentioned that my AC was down, but I was going to wait till the following spring to replace. True Climate HVAC assessed the unit and determined it was the capacitor. Had one on board, and had it on board shortly after. No issues with AC unit since.

I was out of hot water for 2 days and started to shop around for a new tank then I came throw climate. They came over with in 1 hour and fixed the issue right away with no need to change my tank , they saved a lot of money fixing the tank than replace it. I recommend this company to everybody.

Replaced my 9 year old GSW power vented hot water tank with a brand new 2024 Rinnai Sensei RX199!N - 199,000 btu tankless. He showed up and disconnected my old tank and removed it. He Installed the new tankless and was very patient to work with me on the small details of the installation. He didn't cheap out and connect my old 1/2 inch gas line from my old GSW hot water tank - he installed a new 3/4 gas line with shutoff valve to my main gas line even though it was much further away and did not charge extra for it. He also installed a new intake vent to outside even though it was not required. He tested for gas leaks after the gas lines were installed. did a professional job. Would use him again for future HVAC work.
