We recently replaced a leaning stone block wall on our property with a horizontal cedar fence. We had very prompt and professional service from Pat as Estimator, Bill the Mgr, and Al in Sales. Mark did an exceptional job in the on site construction of this fence, providing suggestions along the way. His attention to detail produced a beautiful addition to our yard and complements our home. The price was competitive with several other quotes received. We would highly recommend Sunbury Cedar.

My neighbour and myself recently replaced a shared fence that was approximately 90 feet long. We researched the best we could going to various stores and websites. I decided to stop by Sunbury one afternoon just to confirm their fencing products would be too expensive. As it turns out, their front office staff was very helpful in recommending the right products for the job. The price was similar to the competition but the quality of the wood and construction of the panels were far superior. The result is a fence that looks great and will probably last long enough that we will not have to replace it. I would recommend Sunbury for their helpful advice and superior products.

We recently purchased a cedar shed and foundation 'kit' from Sunbury as well as had one of their staff install the structure.

- Al on the customer service side was fantastic. Very responsive and dealt with change requests with no hassle (we added a cedar shingle roof mid project)
- Dean and Wade (GM and installer) were super knowledgeable and came up with several solutions to make the shed fit well in our space. All at a very competitive price
- I was initially skeptical about the quality/aesthetics of these kits but these things are solid and with the finishing touches Wade put on make it look like it was made specifically for our yard
- I had 2 other quotes to build from scratch and looked at Rona's kits and these things are by far the best option for your dollar and they really look great with all the cedar components

Overall Sunbury's customer service is what sets them out. They consult well with you and have the right installers completing their jobs. If you are looking for a nice shed in your backyard that is affordable dont make the mistake of going elsewhere - use Sunbury.

I was worried about how to sort out my fence situation (the fence was falling down and had to be replaced) given that a large trailing hydrangea had become part of the fence along all 50 feet. Sunbury told me that they could remove and dispose of both the vine and the fence which was perfect! From start to finish they were very friendly and very hard working (the rain was just downpouring that week). Whether I was dealing with the person who came out and gave the estimate, or the person on the phone about billing and scheduling or the person who actually came and did the job I was extremely pleased with the incredible service. Sunbury had been recommended to me and I will 100% happily recommend them to anyone who needs a fence.

I recently had Sunbury Cedar install a new fence and I am so pleased and impressed with every single aspect of the process! The estimate was prompt and reasonable and Jim was very clear and thorough. The work went ahead quickly and I was amazed with the professionalism and hard work of the fellows who came to do the installation. The demolition and haul-away was quick and the next thing I knew, a brand new, beautiful fence was taking shape. Bill, Todd, and Lloyd make an amazing team! Their hard work, diligence, and perfectionism was truly outstanding. In two days, I had a gorgeous new fence. Neighbours stop by and tell me how great the fence looks. I make sure to tell them that Sunbury Cedar installed it and that the quality and workmanship is exemplary. I highly recommend Sunbury Cedar to anyone who wants to hire personable professionals to build an amazing fence. Throughout the entire process when I sent an email to their general information address which was forwarded to proper department by Christine, to getting a phone call and subsequent estimate from Pat, to the building of an incredible fence by Mark who constantly used his balance tool, to the processing of the payment over the phone by Al who immediately sent the PAID invoice to us by email, we have received punctual, polite and professional interactions. Everything Pat promised, he delivered: the quote stated exactly what was going to built and with what materials; he said the materials would be delivered on a Thursday; the fence would removed that weekend; and the new fence would be built on Monday by Mark. The whole project could not have gone any smoother! We have had numerous improvement projects to our old timer house, but this project has to be the only one so far when we did not feel stressed during the process. Sunbury did not cut corners and asked all the pertinent questions to ensure we would be satisfied with the final outcome. This company has hired amazing people who provide true customer service. We couldn't have asked for a better fence. I have shown the before and after photos to my coworkers and already someone has asked for Sunbury's phone number to request a quote to replace a backyard patio! BTW: I found this company by doing a google search; they have an extremely high satisfaction rating...I suggest your read the other reviews.

Professional, quality work, and a extremely competitive price. Only the best materials were used, and the job was done quickly and efficiently. A 10+ star experience. Mark the installer is also trained as a finishing carpenter. My highest recommendation.

My wife and I took about 5 weeks to settle on a final design. In the process we had no less than 6 revisions to the quote done. Kevin, the sales rep just kept us engaged and had no issues with us. During the build phase the fence design got changed for the better 2 more times on recommendations from the installer and Sunbury handled the cost changes all with minimal follow up needed. After the fence was installed we had 2 small detail issues to correct and Sunbury fixed those at their cost.

this is the second time we've had Sunbury replace a section of fence. We have more to do so I suspect we'll be calling them in the not so distant future.

Cost effective and professional - what more can you ask?

It took 2weeks for an estimator to attend but after that it went on time and quickly. Pat took care of all the details and the crew of Nate and Sam did a fantastic job of an on site build. Good lower bid too.
