Joe couldn't fit us into his schedule but recommended his colleague Colin - Colin talked me through the problem (water coming out from under a washing machine) and told me his suspicions (loose hose). Colin arrived within a couple of days and had the problem fixed in no time. He ran an empty wash load to make sure the problem did not re-occur. He also took the time (as it ran) to talk to me about my concerns about my fridge. Colin's visit gave us peace of mind and we would certainly call him again if we had any similar problems. I also want to thank him for respecting my household's Covid precautions and wearing a mask while onsite with no issue.

We cannot say enough good things about Josh. He was friendly and kind, a great communicator, asked questions to clarify the scope of work before he arrived (we had several small tasks including faucet and showerhead replacement and bringing pipes up to code). He worked efficiently, answered all of our questions without being condescending, and explained everything to us. When he had to order a part he kept in touch to let us know when it had arrived and returned the next business day to finish the job. We felt very comfortable having him in our home.

Our microwave stopped heating. Eduard showed up quickly and ran tests. We needed a new magnetron, which he ordered for us, then returned to re-install the unit. Good communication throughout and great service. Thank you, Eduard and Eli!

We used Viktoria Movers' services twice - once to move things to storage, and again to move those things AND the contents of our old place to our new place. Both times the movers from Viktoria were punctual, friendly, professional, and helpful - a special shout-out to our moving-day movers, Ted and Kevin, who were terrific, efficient, and kind. Maria in the office was helpful and patient; there was a little miscommunication about the delivery of some moving supplies but she came personally to sort it out. We don't plan to move again but if we do we know who to call.

Mohamad was efficient, kind, and helpful. Our carpets look a million times better and he was able to give us some advice on future care as well. Recommend wholeheartedly. Thank you, Mohamad!
