Rob came to inspect our newly-constructed house before we moved in. He and his partner were already at our site when we arrived at the scheduled time. Very thorough and knowledgable; saw some problems on the exterior of our loft floor we would never have seen. He also took the time to answer all the questions we had about his findings and the things we saw, which we greatly appreciated, and also provided the detailed report of his findings the same day.

Vlad was very quick to respond to my initial call and come out to provide an assessment. He was very knowledgeable and efficient, and quoted a very fair rate for our work. Olga at their admin staff was also very friendly and helpful during the process to co-ordinate things and answer any questions I had. On the day of the repair, his team showed up on time and completed the job that day as promised. I have to mention, that besides filling the crack, they were VERY excellent at cleanup. They had to dig a trench and move the window well (and take out and remove gravel) to complete the job, and when they were done, everything was put back neatly without any mess. Apart from seeing the much sturdier waterproofing on the outside, it was like they weren't even there. Very happy with their work, and would definitely call them again if I needed more waterproofing work!

Steve was very quick to reply to my initial query, made on a Saturday, and provided a well-explained and no-pressure quote, which was very fair compared to other providers. On the day of the job, he came on time and saw that our doors needed extra reinforcing to prevent damage to them within a few years, which he also provided at a reasonable price. We had problems with our range hood light not working and our oven fan being too loud. Alex responded to my HomeStars quote request within one day, and was able to get a repair person out the next day. He was punctual, friendly, and efficient, quickly diagnosing both problems, and was able to fix the problem over two visits (as he had to order the parts for the second job).
