This Started Early October. Went to CAS, salesman was all over me like acne on a pubescent teenager. Ordered several high end appliances totaling just shy of $16,000. The microwave was delivered with a small dent, which was reported when the microwave was installed, 20 days after delivery due to construction. Reported it on their website link, which I later found out goes nowhere as it does not work. Called and spoke to their "customer service" after a long wait, told it would be repaired - ZERO follow up, I had to call them CONSTANTLY, I was so frustrated I tracked down the COO on social media, his response.... "There are departments and processes in place to handle these situation. This is not the platform or process. I see you have requested service through the Manufacturers Warranty. I see CAS has helped facilitate this activity. You have been informed that the work has been given to Elite Appliance. any further inquires should be directed at them or the manufacturer. " CAS has helped facilitate YOU delivered it damaged it the least you can do, all you did was send it to your repair partners, did you need a vacation after that exhausting facilitation????????? Good to see that customer service goes from the top down "There are departments and processes in place to handle these situation. This is not the platform or process." - Yes and if I did not have to constantly chase your company to answer your damned telephone, I would not have to resort to social media to get a response. Anything that has gone wrong with this purchase - 2 things, they seem to blame the customer, and don't want to take ownership, but they will happily take your money. So when I wanted to buy a matching fridge - I went to another company. - Same Fridge, Same Price, but GREAT customer service. November 29 Cook top given out, never used, never worked - not their fault but ridiculous customer service. Manufacturer working towards resolution , but CAS are useless and arrogant

The initial appointment did not take place as planned, due to the rep running late, normally, I would not consider rescheduling, but he must have caught me on a good day, so I did, and got another rep Sean, who came and quoted. The quote was middle of the road, but what impressed me was the professional, but laid back style, which I liked, and he did not make the mistake of trying to sell to me with fancy colorful brochures, he answered questions fully and clearly, and it was a non-pressurized sales talk. Adam and his installation team were excellent, arrived on time, carrying out a clean and efficient installation. They took great care covering walkways to remove the old furnace and bring in the new, and this was after they were told the carpet was due to be cleaned. There was a slight problem with the setup of my system, which could not have been foreseen and it was agreed that someone would return at a later date to rectify this, it did not affect the immediate working of the system. I put the boxing gloves on prepared for a tough fight, a contractor returning to finish a job is not a common thing, however, they contacted me, so they could come and finish the job and did so without me having to chase them. Marnie, Sean and the office team were great with the after sales check-in making sure I knew to register the system for warranty and for relevant OPA refund claims. As great as they were I would prefer not to have them back anytime soon (smile), but all-told, from a simple flyer I found a great company to install my furnace and I would certainly recommend them to my mother, and if I do that, you know they are good so to anyone looking for a furnace or AC, save time contact them first. Best decision I made!!
