For the few instances I have used Don's Heating and Cooling, every technician that has responded has been professional and provided excellent customer service. They took the time to explain any issues and did their best to work collaboratively with me to find a sensible solution. I have developed an appreciate for their work and expertise. Thank you.

Not sure if Don is dishonest or just plain incompetent. Either way, stay away from this company. They will not stand behind the products that they sell, install or service. When their products fail Don simply blames the customer. Terrible business practice.

After 5 years of service with my furnace purchased from Dons heating and cooling, my furnace motor was running on low speed that no one paid attention too with affected my air conditioning which was not ventilating my house probably which affected my furnace for the winter that was cold and constantly running at the importer speed thanks to this company and it took a person from a different company to notice and correct the problem

We had our fireplace installed and were quite happy with it although it leaves smoke residue on the glass very soon after it is serviced and cleaned. However, the last time we had it cleaned the glass was scratched extensively by the technician. This will cost several hundred dollars to replace. I will no longer have them in for service.

The job was well done and followed up. Don is a really nice guy to deal with. His staff are all very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Don's Heating & Cooling.

Chris and Mike were courteous, respectful and they cleaned every area they used. Chris taught me how to use the remote—super helpful. Terry was an awesome salesman. I recommend Don’s to my family and friends regularly.

I called Don’s Heating & Cooling after noticing my furnace wasn’t running properly. They were here to check it that morning and came to the conclusion that it was unsafe to run. Terry and his team were very quick to go over different furnace options with us, and took the time and effort to make sure it was up and running within 24 hours. They were professional, informative, and caring. We would highly recommend their services.
