Great company to deal with. On time and right on quote. When Dave first heard the symptoms and assessed it he said the blockage would be roughly 40' out and would need the root cutter bit. It ended up being 50' and he absolutely needed that bit.

Shower diverter spout was old and leaky. Wasting a lot of water and not energy conscious. Called Urban, sent them a photo, they picked up the part and arrived a day later to install the new part. Great service and work quality. Pleasant to deal with as well.

Had problems with leaky boiler. Marco sent over experienced technician to trouble shoot the problem. He went out, got parts and installed all in the same morning. Very pleasant and worked at a fast pace.

Boilers down. no heat or hot water. They always come promptly and assess problem. All work is carefully detailed and estimated. Thermostats and pumps were changed and boiler was thoroughly cleaned. Knowledgeable staff and service. Very pleased.
