Since May23/24,waiting for the repairman to return with my part. He was booked for 2 appointments but was a no show both times. If I can't get my part & installed so my dishwasher is working again, I want my money returned to me as given, cash. This is now June30/24, & if I don't get this issue fixed, I will be contacting the public & The Better Business Bureau.

We have had our clothes washer for over 30 years and knew from going online that it could be repaired rather than purchasing a new one of which a similar model would cost over $800.00 After finding out exactly what was needed to have our washer fixed we decided to call around to the local businesses to see if they could order the part for us. After a few places told us we would be better off buying a new one we spoke with Cordell Brown's Refrigeration and they assured us that all we needed was a small part that could be obtained. They checked everything out for us and were able to find the exact part that we needed. They ordered the part and when they received it they called us and within a matter of 45 minutes our washer was as good as new. Here was a company that took the time to find the part online, obtain it and have it up and running within 8 days from start to finish. We were very impressed and when we think that we could have spent a lot of money on a new machine (which we didn't need) we are very impressed with this company. Today, it is much easier to throw something out rather than try and fix it and they definitely don't make machines the way they used to, today everything is disposable, but here was a company who took the time and fixed our machine.
