Paul did a major ensuite bathroom renovation for us in 2014 that included moving a wall, relocating all the plumbing, heated floors and creating an open concept walk in closet. It was on time, on budget and very professional. It will be a major feature as we prepare to sell our home. He and his team kept the worksite spotless and were extremely respectful of our space. I have recommended Paul to my friends and family and would use him for any home project renovation.

We hired Paul in September 2014 to completely gut and renovate our newly purchased condo of approx 1400sf. From the moment we met with Paul we were impressed with his friendliness and professionalism. He was the 5th contractor we interviewed and there was no hesitation in hiring him to do the job. During the 3 months which included ripping out everything from the condo, Paul dealt with providing plans to the condo board, the hassle of reserving elevators and dealing with condo management to only being able to work during allowed hours at the condo. Paul was patient with our many questions, flexible and most importantly has a great eye for design and knows what works. There were several occasions where we had difficulty making choices and Paul asked us to trust him in making a choice. He said if we didn't like his choice he would do something else. Each and every time, he was right on with his selections. He would only accept perfection from his workers and that is exactly what we got. He transformed our ugly duckling of a condo to a beautiful home. Paul was definitely the right choice for us and we don't hesitate in recommending his services to anyone.

I hiredPaul from The Renovators Group to complete a full basement restoration that had been damaged from a severe flood. The job entailed gutting 1,800 sqft of basement and replacing with new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and recreation room. The job entailed coordinating a number of different trades and Paul did a great job ensuring all trades completed work on-time and to a high standard. We hired Paul at the Renovators Group to renovate our bathroom and was very disappointed. One week after renovation, the grout started to discolor. They had to come back and remove tiles and reinstall. Through this process, it was discovered that all old tiles were not removed as per scope (part of the problem) and the wall was not leveled as required. Paul was not too happy to come back to and fix the job. Sent someone else in to repair what was not done correctly in the first place. Totally disappointed in the work and the dishonest manner in which Paul did our renovation.

We hired Paul Carozza and the Renovator’s Group to renovate our powder room and ensuite bathroom in August 2014. Although they were the priciest of all three quotes we received, Paul was the most professional, thorough and knowledgeable, and he left us with a great first impression. In the end, you get what you pay for and we certainly got a bathroom that exceeded our expectations!

With all the horror stories everyone hears about bad contractors, it was a pleasure to have Paul from The Renovators Group renovate 2 bathrooms for us. His quote on the job was reasonable and from the start of the project to completion he was punctual, on price, professional , and the workmanship exceeded our expectations. Wow!!!! Nice to know that there are still some honest contractors out there. Done right and on time. The bathroom renovation is absolutely stunning!!!! Great guys to work with. Very respectful. I cant wait to start my basement renovation with them.
