polybutene pipe replacement

Ken only cares about time and getting to the next project. They have left my property in a disaster. they are very unaccommodating and difficult to work with. They make mistakes and will not fix them. Do not hire them, a big mistake.

Replace water pipe to Copper and plumbing work

Ken, did fairly good job for me. He was contracted to change to copper pipe from city line to my water meter. He did both city and my portion of work. The water pressure has improved since then. While winter is yet to arrive. I have to wait and watch. Otherwise I am a satisfied customer so far.

Approximate cost of services:
$2,800.00

Water Line in

Avoid them, they take no responsibility for the work they do. Did water pipe work underground in winter during extreme cold weather alert, and took no additional precautions against pipes freezing. After filling in the hole, found out that pipes had frozen, the problem was underground (verified it was not inside) but they didn't want to re-dig and fix it. They tried to shift the blame to other plumbing that was already in place (which was fairly new and had been trouble-free before then) and told me they would have to charge me to dig it back up and thaw the pipes, otherwise told me to wait until spring for the pipes to thaw!

Approximate cost of services:
$1,800.00
