My LG tv required a new screen. Southland kept me informed of the status, maintained flexibility on scheduling appointments, and promptly executed the repair upon receipt of the part.

I would recommend Southland to anyone requiring a repair.

Prompt service and good troubleshooting to find problem and fix right away. Technician was polite and had all the right tool to do the job. Fast and efficient. Was fixed in an hour.

I found the technician, Steven, courteous and polite; pleasant and friendly; professional, and knowledgeable about the product. It was a quick fix, a loose wire, and he gave me some tips on maintaining the washer. He was, also, on time, which I appreciated.
I will ask for him personally, if I need a technician again.

Our LG tv was just out of warranty and screen went black. Being only 4yrs old and a perfect fit for the recess above the fireplace, we decided to get it fixed. A friend recommended Southland Technical services so that's where I went. The estimate was prompt and precisely the amount of the bill. Friendly efficient service and fixed the LED array in a timely manner.

Our nine-year-old Panasonic microwave turns out to cost about $500 brand new, so when it stopped working we were not sure if it could be fixed again. Otherwise we would be spending that much money on a replacement unit. When we took the microwave to Southland, they were able to repair it in under A week, and save us hundreds of dollars!

We took advantage of LG appliance's special agreement to fix any problem found for $190. We suspected it might be a circuit board issue, which it was. This is an expensive part so we chose to go with the flat rate. It was over Christmas so it took a few days to get an appointment but once it was booked everything happened very efficiently. The repairman was very pleasant, answered questions, found the problem in a few minutes and put in a new board. If there are any problems within 90 days he will return and do whatever is required to fix it. Southland apparently has a contract to do LG's repair work, thus the $190 flat rate.

LG Fridge had broken flapper door.. Warranty repair done promptly and accommodated my schedule... Showed up when they said and on time and with the parts.. Definitely would recommend Southland
