Home water has been in my home since I purchased it. Their customer service is great. And the system is installed neatly and to my specific directions on placement and functionality. I just renewed my contact. For a lower monthly rate and a new system. Worth every penny I er the last decade as a customer.

When I called to buyout of our home water service, Pradeep was extremely helpful and accommodating, but was ultimately looking out for my best interest. In the end we came to a better deal for me, and we even had an entertaining conversation. Thank you for your help Pradeep.

I have been with this company since 2008 and have been impressed by their service and pricing for cleaner water solution. Had issues with the original tank with low pressure even when replacing the filter but thank God they are replacing it with a more state of the art filtration system. I have been a customer of Home Water for years. While I understand out city water is safe, the home water filter removes the chemical taste that I find off putting. I called for service as I was not able to unscrew the canister to replace the pre-filter. This has occurred twice before and results in a technician visiting out home. This time the service representative suggested replacing the system with an up to date system where the pre-filter change is much easier. As an added bonus the monthly cost would fall by 34%, further for the initial 6 months the lower monthly price would be reduce by 50%. Representing a much needed savings.

The system is functioning well. We only had a minor problem over the last 5 yrs , which was corrected immediately. Now , we are provided with a whole new equipment for less money. The staff was polite , helpful and knowledgeable.

my home water has been clean and non chlorine smelling and fresh, also my showers are better and i do not get calcium build up in my kettle from boiling water
