2013: My fridge stopped working overnight. I called this company because I saw very good reviews. Joe called me, and worked his schedule so that he was able to come by the next morning. He had already planned for the make and model of the fridge and had the right part on hand. He was able to fix the fridge.
2021: I called again years later and left a message because I had an oven issue and found this number in my phone. A few days later I received a call from Joe who was extremely irate and told me he couldn't get through to me due to my phone having issues. He went on for about 2 minutes scolding me and yelling about how I have a telecom issue and that no one can get ahold of me. When i asked him to stop yelling at me, he yelled "we're done!" and hung up. I couldn't believe that a repeat customer would be treated so rudely. While it's been a rough year for most, there's no reason to treat people poorly, especially customers who have used and recommended service before. While I am sure he could have fixed the appliance, there appears to be some serious anger issues, which when directed at paying customers, are simply unacceptable. Although I had one positive experience many years ago, things have definitely taken a turn on the customer service side and I would definitely not recommend him at all. While I wish everyone the best, I always have and always will draw the line at unprofessional rudeness.
