We have used Steve before for service on different appliances; he is courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. This time our clothes dryer gave out at the worst time. He was able to come by at short notice and problem solved! I would give him 11/10 if I could.

We have called Steve Brannan on two recent occasions - to repair our dryer and our dishwasher. On both occasions, Steve was able to come within a very short timeframe, was able to very quickly deal with the issues, clearly understood the workings of the appliances extremely well and fixed them both. He is a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't call anyone else for an appliance repair.

This is the second time Steve has come for repair work. He's very prompt with booking an appointment and comes when he says he will. He is very courteous and honest with assessment. I found Steve on Homestars and have already recommended him to others!

We called Steve Brannan to deal with our dishwasher that was purchased in late 2007 as a part of a general kitchen renovation. In the course of a few months this summer (2013), it had stopped reliably cleaning the dishes. We had learned a great deal from Steve Brannan's CBC broadcasts over the years, where we first learned about him. Another friend had used his services and recommended him highly. We were also somewhat fearful of what his verdict might be, because we had also exhausted all the maintenance procedures that came with the machine. When we contacted Steve Brannan by phone to make an appointment, he clearly explained his services and the charges that we might expect. It turned out that fixing the problem was relatively simple, although far more complicated than any procedure that came with the manual and far beyond what a home handyman could do. As part of the service he also gave us a short tutorial on how to avoid the problem again. Our dishwasher performs again like it did when it was new. We would recommend his services without hesitation.

Steve followed up after he fixed my washer and waited for payment until we were sure it was working properly. He was pleasant and approachable. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for any appliance problem. Great service!

Over the past several years I have had the need to use Brannan's Appliance for several appliance repairs. Steve is a great guy to deal with, always returns calls, always keeps his appointments and if the appliance is not worth fixing he will make that recommendation however if he can fix it he will. His prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Brannan's if you need any major appliance repaired.

Washer broke and it's a Kenmore. Sears couldn't give us an appointment within a 10 day block. Found out about Steve and it was easy to arrange an appointment time within a day and a half. On top of his availability, Steve was able to accurately diagnose the issue on the phone, came with all necessary parts and the cost was accurately estimated too. I hope no other appliances break, but if they do, I'm calling Steve Brannan!

Steve was wonderful....when I called he knew exactly what the problem was...had me photograph my dryer and send the serial numbers and had the part and was at my door within a few days...I really appreciated the speedy service and his professionalism, would use his company again if needed, and definitely recommend him to others....

Steve Brannan has been to my house in 2013 on 2 separate occasions; once to repair a range and most recently to repair a dishwasher. He also repaired the range in 2009. For all repairs, he responded quickly to my voicemails and he was very prompt to complete the repairs. Steve seems very knowledgable and he arrived at my house when he said he would. The next time I need an appliance repair, he will be the first person I call.

Our dishwasher died mid-cycle. Steve came the next morning. It only took him a short while to diagnose the problem. he carries parts in his van and had the right replacement for our dishwasher. He was done in less than an hour.
Steve was efficient, knowledgeable and personable. I recommend him highly.
