Scott is our head technician and he has been solving gas fireplace problems since 1982. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and efficient as our head technician. As we specialize in the repair and maintenance of gas fireplaces and pool heaters, we make sure our technicians are equipped to deal with any situation we come across which includes carrying many of the most common gas fireplace parts on the vehicle. As noted, Scott knows quite a lot about Montigo fireplaces and we had the correct pilot assembly on the vehicle to complete the repair. We had on the vehicle the blower motor that was required for the Instaflame fireplace. Once Dwayne had the diagnosis and knew that the heater could not be repaired due to the leak and condition of the heat exchanger, he was on the phone to the office and within minutes, we had confirmed our stock for the Raypak unit and availability of the install crew, Bryan and Charles. As you have noted, we were able to diagnose, and then replace the old unit with a new one all in a span of four hours. We try our best to provide all our customers with superior service from the office and field staff.
