We purchased a set of washer and dryer on boxing day at the Burlington store. The washer was delivered first bec the dryer was not readily available. The delivery helper was rude. He asked me if what they are doing is easy. I said it looked simple to install it although i have not installed a washer in my entire life. He rudely said if I think it was easy, I can do it myself. I told him I paid them for delivery and installation. After 2 weeks, they delivered the dryer, same guys. Again, since I have not installed a dryer before, I didn't know how to take off the vent from the back of the old dryer. One guy patiently took it off. It took him a while bec the vent was weirdly installed bec the dryer was far from the exhaust. The rude helper came in, asking what's taking him long. He then rudely asked.me what's going on. He said I shuld have done it myself. He was yelling at me inside my house. Of course I would not let anyone disrespect me inside my house, in front of my wife and child. I yelled back letting him know he has no right to disrespect me. He said since I was upsetting him, it is not going to be done. So he did refuse to deliver eventhough the other guy was able to finish the vent (with my assistancw, btw). I called the store manager a couole of times and even went to see him at the store. He assured me it will be delivered again soon. In 2 weeks, no one called back so I decided to call and request for delivery date, the rep confirmed he set it up for the 23rd as I requested. A few days later, they called me back asking a delivery date again. I said it was set to the 23rd already. After 2 days they called me again saying my dryer is READY FOR PICK UP. I told them again that it was set for the 23rd of january. Now, I am calling the store manager to confirm the delivery date and make sure there will be no mix ups, they hung up on me TWICE!!!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
